All our shipping is done through UPS and the US Postal system. You will be given the following choices, ( see below ) based on the ship to address. We will ship anywhere that UPS will deliver to. Some items are not available to be shipped overnight. We have noted them for you inside of our store front. Please keep in mind, that all coffee is roasted to order. It can take up to a week before your order is shipped. But we will ship your order as fast as possible.

If you ever need to return a product to us, please call customer service at 941-232-2589 and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Your return could be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges. We will issue you a store credit. "Bonus Benefits" and "Naming a Donkey" are not subject to our return policy. Due to the nature of the programs, these programs are not subject to a return, refund or credit.
